Jasmine Ryan Wayne Fireoak Ramirez, she also goes by Jay and Jazz, Code name Sandy. She was born from two characters with a very strange relationship as told in the Tale of Jessy Fireoak, her mother. Like Jessy she was a character that started as a child and grew into a superhero.
