D&D was the first role playing game I every played. Recently I entered a game of 5th edition. As in the days of old it was more roll and combat, than the role and personality creation that the Hero Systems allows. There will be no stories written of the adventures of Raven Black as the format of playing was voice and not text. No log was created to record the deeds and heroics of the adventurers. I thank my fellow players, who put up reteaching me the game and helping me update my sheet. If it wasn’t for them, I could have never attempted such a feat. Like all characters I create I have become attached to her and her concept and thus she will be remembered and cherished on my site. I now present to you Raven Black.
Another member of Black Tide has been given to me to post. He is a Half-Orc who was secretly in love with Raven. At the end of the champion he joined her on her quest for more adventures as the rest went into retirement.
I am currently in talks with a DM who is willing to do a text based D&D 5th ed. game. He happens to enjoy the Role Play of my Hero Games, so all is not lost to adventure once more into the past of Dungeons and Dragons. If all goes as planned you will see stories of his Realm posted with more Characters sheets.
