Christy you seem to be too good to be true.
Could this person I adore really be you?
Could you really be all I envision you to be?
One thing is sure, in the future we will see.
I don’t think you’re perfect so don’t get me wrong.
But these feelings I feel are oh so strong.
I know it’s strange considering time.
But the way you make me feel is so sublime
So I guess all we can do is let life run it’s course
But what ever happens, we’ll have no remorse.
Cause a pleasant experience is always nice to find.
You have to leave the past behind.
To the future is where we must go.
The past is gone forever don’t you know.
It seems to me that your past has been black.
Stay by my side and we’ll never look back.
Into the future we’ll walk side by side.
Never again our emotions will we have to hide.
No longer will that wall need to be there.
