I’m hooked up to the beating of your heart,
I can feel your old pains that use to smart.
Now I can feel warmth down to the depths of your soul,
You learned to love and let the past go.
“Love flows like a River, “rushing away the past,
So you can search for that special love, so you can love at last.
Everything that hurt was pushed to the side,
No longer feeling that your love you had to hide.
I towed your heart next to mine,
I threw you my love, my heart, my love line.
You were sinking fast and your heart lost its fire,
You had given up life, because you lost the desire.
“Love flows like a river”, into a pond of love,
There you are sitting as beautiful as an angel above.
Your love, your lips are so soft and sweet,
That you make me feel light any your love swept me off my feet.
Your love was gushing and there was no control,
Because you had love for me, which was your highest Goal.
“Love flows like a River,” Making me feel good inside,
Love is love and it’s a shame to hide.
