Look Through My Window

Look through my window, do you see me Crying?
Do you see me alone and feel like dying?
Do you see tears flowing from my eyes?
So you see me laying upon my bed?
Have you heard the spoken words I have said?

Can you see in the window, the look of Pain?
Do I look like someone gone insane?
Look closer through my window, do you see somebody new?
NO! You’re seeing one who’s gone through hell with nobody to
see me through.

Do you see the tracks on my arms from my past?
Yes it hurts, it’s painful and now I wear a mask.
Look through my window, do you see my pain?
Do I look like that friend? So I look the same?

Hey do you see me huddled up in the corner of my bed?
Do you see my hands grasping my head?
I’m sitting here feeling alone and feeling despair,
As if nobody in this world really cares.
Everybody sees me happy and living fancy free,
But look through my windows and the real me you will see.
I will be sitting there rocking with the radio,
Feeling isolated but nobody will ever know.

Look through my window and a stranger I might be,
But I guess it’s the only time I feel free.
