Once this attack is made, the attacker is free to use any other attack in the MP, or another Entangle. At the attacker’s option, this chain can remain on the target until the target escapes or it can be recovered at any time by the attacker at the cost of a half phase action (i.e. unwinding the chain from the target).

51 Shape Shifting: Shape Shift (Sight, Hearing and Touch Groups, any humanoid), Imitation, Instant Change, Costs END Only To Change Shape (+1/4) Notes: The power allows the user to take the form of any humanoid. While in that shape, she will look like, sound like and feel like whomever she is imitating. The Imitation ability allows her to duplicate someone but can be detected by someone that knows the imitated well since the shapeshifter’s mannerisms and body language will not be that of the imitated. Also, the shapeshifter does not smell like the original but this is rarely noticed by any but the imitated’s closest friends. This power only costs END during the initial change, after that it can be maintained as long as the shapeshifter wishes. 4
