BACKGROUND
Julian Hamilton has had it easy in life. Well, not at first, of course, being an orphan, but you’d never think it seeing the young man as he is now. Before twelve, he was a shy child, rarely speaking and almost never sharing opinions or strong emotions, though he could be quick to cry. He was in a foster home when it happened, with ‘parents’ he didn’t care for and ‘siblings’ he hated. On his twelve birthday he just woke up, and everything was…better. Made more sense. The world was his, and everyone should know that, right? People suddenly began agreeing with him on pretty much whatever it was he happened to be saying at any given time, which means for a good five years he got almost anything an adolescent boy could really desire. He didn’t care to go to high school, and he didn’t care for work, but people generally supplied what he needed when he needed it, with a quick word. Over the last year or so, Julian has grown….bored. Bored of how simple life can be. Challenge and excitement would liven up his world, and he knew exactly where to get it-the new police program having mutants working with other mutants to face against wilder ones. Now vaguely certain he is somewhere around eighteen, he hopes to find some excitement here.
POWERS/TACTICS
Intelligent Smooth talker who generally orchestrates events for maximum excitement, using a variety of skills, combined with mentalist powers to boost his already persuasive nature into something supernatural.
When pinned down into actual, unavoidable combat, prefers to use gadgets to throw the enemy off guard.
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
Personal Fulfillment. Thanks to having used his particular power set for as long as he has, he feels that life is just a bit too easy, so he’s decided to hobnob it with the supers of the world. Villain would be much too cliche with his power set, and so he’s decided to go for the Hero route.
