To have you with me is my life long plan
To achieve this I’ll do anything I possibly can
To have you and hold you forever more
As long As I had you I would never be poor
A woman like you is like a precious jewel
You I’d respect and cherish, I’ll never be cruel
I’ll treat you like the most treasured art
I’ll never treat you like you’re stupid, I know you’re smart.
I’ll treat you better than you’ve ever been treated
If you came back to me you’ll never feel cheated
You surely must know you’re everything to me
How can I say it, to make you see.
I guess all I can do is hope and pray
That I’ll get a chance to prove someday
That how I say I feel comes from the heart
Then never again will we have to be apart
But until then all I can do is wait
If I get my chance I won’t hesitate
I’ll prove all these things I say are true
From then on , it will be just us two
