Today we finally got things straight
and I’m happy to say I feel great.
Now we can start over and forget the past.
At the rate we were going it couldn’t last.
Now we know our mistakes or where we went wrong.
Maybe now the piper, will play a different song.
Maybe he’ll play a song so we can dance
and maybe if we’re lucky a little romance.
Maybe our problems we can solve.
No longer around you, can my world revolve.
I’m just going to enjoy our time together
but not with a heavy heart, with one light as a feather.
Before I took “US” to serious
No longer will you know me. I’ll be mysterious.
It took someone like you to bring out the real me,
but I’m warning you now, you might not like what you see.
Cause I can be mean and oh so cold.
I can be callous and very bold.
I can be anything I want to be.
But no matter how I act, it’ll be the real me.
There is so much about me you don’t yet understand,
but my personalities are at your command.
So tell me which me you want to know.
Then just sit back and enjoy the show.
You probably think I’m crazy and you might be right
but if you let it, it could bring many an interesting night.
