A Friend

A friend is a word,
that I just learned to understand.
It consists of respect, loyalty,
love and understanding.
Not many people can say,
that they have a true friend.
But I’ve been blessed,
with a small group of friends.
These friends lookout for one another,
and help each other when one is down.
These special people,
Know the true meaning of friendship.
So to these very special people,
