Description:

BACKGROUND
Garth was taught his trade by his father. He’s now pushing fifty and starting to feel his age in his bones. He never married and has no children, but pines now for an apprentice, someone whom he can care for much like a family member he never had, and to pass his trade to so the town will still have a blacksmith when he runs out of steam. He’s not quite put away enough to retire yet, no thanks to Madame Gracie to whom he still owes money, but he figures given another ten years, he could finally get out from under her heel and still have enough.
