My life is never right, the way it should be.
But the reason is something I don’t see.
I try so hard to make things right
but it seems like an up hill fight.
Sometimes I think that I should quit trying
but I can’t be anything but me or I would be lieing.
Sometimes I wish I didn’t care
cause being hurt like this is so hard to bare.
I’d like to change to feel nothing at all.
Never again in love, should I fall
cause love hurts me more every time
but to throw away love is such a crime.
But love seems like it means nothing to anyone.
All people want to do id party, go out and have fun.
But life means so much more than that to me.
Why is love never what it’s cracked up to be?
I heard that love is something that should be great
but when I think about falling in love, I hesitate.
Cause love has never been good to me.
They stay for a while then want to be free.
I think this time was the straw that broke the camels back.
I wonder if it’s me. What do I lack?
I tried to be just what you need
but as hard as I tried I couldn’t succeed.
So now once again I am alone.
I guess I’m just heart break prone.
My life isn’t going according to my plans.
But I must do what the `situation demands.
You were something I didn’t expect
and this fact my life reflects.
My life is so different since you came along.
In my life you righted all the things that were wrong
or at least, my life feels right.
The only thing that is missing is you by my side at night.
But I guess no one can have everything.
Just like you must have a winter before a spring,
with every bit of good, there is some bad.
But when we’re together I’m never sad.
The times were not together aren’t what you call grand
but that’s the way things must be. I do understand.
The time we’re together is quality time.
If our time together was beef, it would be USDA prime.
Prime is the best that money could buy.
The relationship we have is the best this you can’t deny.
We have everything going our way.
As long as we have each other that the way it will stay.
cause if you need me I’ll be there.
I’m on your side. I’ll always care.
And I know if I ever really need you,
you will always be there for me too.
Together we make an unbeatable team
together life is like an incredible dream.
