\nToday we finally got things straight
\nand I’m happy to say I feel great.
\nNow we can start over and forget the past.
\nAt the rate we were going it couldn’t last.<\/p>\n
Now we know our mistakes or where we went wrong.
\nMaybe now the piper, will play a different song.
\nMaybe he’ll play a song so we can dance
\nand maybe if we’re lucky a little romance.<\/p>\n
Maybe our problems we can solve.
\nNo longer around you, can my world revolve.
\nI’m just going to enjoy our time together
\nbut not with a heavy heart, with one light as a feather.<\/p>\n
Before I took “US” to serious
\nNo longer will you know me. I’ll be mysterious.
\nIt took someone like you to bring out the real me,
\nbut I’m warning you now, you might not like what you see.<\/p>\n
Cause I can be mean and oh so cold.
\nI can be callous and very bold.
\nI can be anything I want to be.
\nBut no matter how I act, it’ll be the real me.<\/p>\n
There is so much about me you don’t yet understand,
\nbut my personalities are at your command.
\nSo tell me which me you want to know.
\nThen just sit back and enjoy the show.<\/p>\n
You probably think I’m crazy and you might be right
