They blew up the world trade center today.
\nHow could people hate in such an awful way?
\nCan you imagine all those poor people that died?
\nI felt everyone’s pain in my heart as it cried.<\/p>\n

Planes crashing down, planes fell from the sky
\nLoved ones on their way home but they all had to die.
\nYoung lovers waiting for their soul mates return
\nBut they won’t be coming home where they crashed, they will burn<\/p>\n

Why must I feel this way down inside?
\nI can feel all the pain in my heart as I cried.
\nWhy did all those helpless people have to die?
\nIt hurts in my heart as I ask the lord why.<\/p>\n

Grandma holding baby with much love and delight
\nLittle did she know this would be their last flight?
\nYoung lovers making out in the back of the plane,
\nHow could this happen have people gone insane?<\/p>\n

Sissy, Brother and Daddy waiting for mommy at home,
\nBut she ain’t coming back, their left alone.
\nDamn all the people who hate so much today
\nAnd fuck any one who would take that away.<\/p>\n

Why must I feel this way deep inside?
\nI could feel all the pain in my heart as I cried
\nIt hurt in my heart as I asked the lord why
\nOn that horrible day all those people had to die.<\/p>\n

Now there all going to a place of wonderful mystery
\nThey’ve left this ugly world for you and me
\nSo lets join together, never forget this disgrace
\nLets love on another and make the world a better place.<\/p>\n

Thank God I still have my girl by my side
\nMy loved ones and her are the reasons I cried
\nI’ll love them and cherish them for the rest of my life
\nI’ll be devoted to my girl and make her my wife.<\/p>\n

I could feel everyone’s pain in my heart as it cried
\nI could feel the Holy Spirit weeping deep down inside
\nDamn the sad day those planes took a dive
