Most of the time she will be wearing a very short black skirt with black mariner’s boots, a black and white striped shirt tied with a red sash, gold hoop earrings, a red bandana and a tri-corn pirate hat.
\nBACKGROUND<\/strong>
\nKathleen was born in Basin, as most of Isla del Oro’s mutants are but her family moved out of the stilt town a short while later. Her parents, having procured jobs at one of the local mansions, moved into the servant’s quarters and gave Kathleen a glimpse into the life of the wealthy. About the time she began to develop into a woman, the youngest son of the family began to notice her and would sneak over to her window at night to watch her.
\nPOWERS\/TACTICS<\/strong>
\nKathleen’s voice has hypnotic powers and it allows her to convince whole crowds to do whatever she tells them. She has used this power in the past on an entire ship’s crew making them board and loot a cruise ship. She can also plant hypnotic suggestions in a group of people that will trigger later under certain circumstances. Besides that, when she begins to speak people will be drawn to her and listen raptly to her entire spiel.
\nPERSONALITY\/MOTIVATION<\/strong>
\nKathleen is one of those perpetually perky people everyone would secretly like to bitch-slap but something about her has kept this from happening no matter how annoyed people have gotten with her. This is all a front. Actually Kathleen is a very quiet person that doesn’t really like the spotlight but her job as a tour guide pays the bills. When away from the job she is much more agreeable. She has a way of making you trust her and confide in her. Most people never notice the subtle way she gets you to do exactly what she wants and she enjoys manipulating people just for fun. If you meet her in a bar, expect to buy her drinks, maybe dinner, and get nothing in return, not that you really care.<\/p>\n
